Earning Points
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for various activities, including:
- Referring friends
- Making purchases
- Following us on social media

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There are no limits on points earned while spending; the higher the order value, the more points earned.
- Points for the following types of reviews are limited:
- Product reviews
- Product photo reviews
You can leave as many reviews as you wish, however, points will only be awarded for one review within a 30-day period.
Do my points expire?
- Points remain valid for 12 months.
When are points awarded for purchases?
- Points are awarded 14 days after a purchase is made. They will be added to your account automatically. If you have not received your points after the 14 days, please get in touch with our customer care team and they'll be able to look into this.
Using Rewards
Can I apply more than one reward to an order?
- At the moment, only one reward can be applied per order, with a maximum of £10 per order.
Can I apply my reward to a Flawless 365 Subscription?
- With a Flawless 365 subscription, you will automatically receive 20% off any products set up on your subscription, so rewards can only be redeemed with one-time purchases and cannot be applied to subscription orders.
When does my reward code expire?
- Reward codes expire one year from the date they are created.
Points Balance
How can I view my account balance?
- Click on the star icon at the top of the page to access your rewards. Please ensure that cookies and pop-ups are enabled in your browser, as the Flawless Rewards feature won’t work without them.
Why did my account balance go down?
- Your points balance will be adjusted if you, or someone you referred, cancels or returns a purchase.
What happens if I, or a friend I refer, cancels or returns their order?
- Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. For more information on points statuses, you can view our article here.
Troubleshooting
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
If you've completed a purchase or left us a review, remember that points are awarded 14 days after the activity is completed. They will be added to your account automatically.
For other activities, please check the following:
- Ensure the activity is eligible for points (check the Rewards tab).
- Verify that you haven't exceeded any limits (e.g., review limits).
- Wait for any processing periods to pass.
