Once you’ve signed into your Dr Sam’s account, you can easily manage all aspects of your account. Here’s an overview of the key features:
Account Overview
• Subscriptions: Manage your existing subscriptions and their settings.
• Delivery Schedule: View your upcoming deliveries.
• Purchase History: Access your previous orders and subscriptions.
• Shipping Addresses: Edit or add new shipping addresses.
• Payment Methods: Manage your payment options by adding, removing, or setting a preferred method.
Setting Up Auto-Replenishment
To start your Auto-Replenishment, visit any Dr Sam’s product page and follow these steps:
1. Select “Auto-Replenish with Flawless365.”
2. Choose your preferred delivery frequency (e.g., every 4 weeks). For guidance on the frequency to select, please refer to our article here.
3. Click “Add To Bag,” review your order, and proceed to secure checkout.
After placing your order, your product will be automatically shipped according to the frequency you selected.
Managing Your Flawless365 Auto-Replenishment
You can manage all aspects of your upcoming deliveries in the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account:
1. Log In: Sign into your account.
2. Navigate to Subscriptions: Click on ‘Subscriptions’ to view your current subscriptions.
3. Manage Your Subscription: Find the subscription you want to adjust and click on ‘Manage Subscription.’
Options Available in Subscription Management:
• Product
• Frequency
• Reschedule
• Next Charge Date
• Shipping Address
• Skip Delivery
• Cancel Subscription: Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’ to cancel your subscription. This option is available only after you have completed 3 payment cycles. If you need to cancel before that, please contact us at [email protected].
If you’re subscribed to multiple products (e.g., Flawless Cleanser, Flawless Moisturiser), manage each product individually. This allows you to continue receiving one product while skipping another.
Auto-Replenishment Payment Process
When it’s time for your next Auto-Replenish order, the payment will be automatically charged through your chosen payment method. After the payment is processed, your package will be dispatched. Please allow a couple of days for the payment to process and for you to receive your package.
To add or change your payment methods, go to the Subscription section, click on Manage Subscription, select the product you wish to modify, and then choose Payment Method.
