You can manage all aspects related to your upcoming delivery in the 'Subscriptions' section of the Account area.

To access this, click on 'Subscriptions'

Open the subscription you want to manage by clicking on 'Manage Subscription'. Here you can manage all aspects of your delivery.

Click on 'Product' if you want to modify items or quantities of your order.

'Delivery Schedule' - allows you to edit the intervals at which your orders will be sent to you.

'Next Charge Date' - allows you to edit the date your next order will be sent to you.

'Shipping Address' - You can either edit an existing address, add a brand new one, or select from a list or previously used addresses. Click 'Update Address' to save your changes.

Click on 'Skip' and we will not send you your next delivery and skip to the following.

Cancel a subscription if you no longer want to receive this product, click on 'Cancel subscription'. This option will be visible after you have committed to 3 payment cycles. If you wish to cancel your subscription before this time, please contact [email protected].

NOTE: if you are subscribed to multiple products (for example Flawless Cleanser, Flawless Moisturiser, etc.) you will have to perform these actions for each of the products. This gives you flexibility in case you want, for example, to receive your order of Flawless Cleanser as usual and just want to skip a delivery of Flawless Moisturiser.
